Papaiah, learned counsel representing Sri G. Eswaraiah, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies available under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

Leave is granted.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
