The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police have investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet recently. Though the application was dismissed after filing of the charge sheet, since the same was not taken into cognizance, he seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to renew his request at an appropriate stage before the trial Court. Reserving the said liberty, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
