Heard Sri P. Venugopal, learned senior counsel for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents 1 to 3.

2. On 13.06.2017, after hearing both counsel, this court while calling upon the 3rd respondent to undo what he has done without records, directed to list the writ petition today.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions submits that the seizure of the subject matter of the writ petition effected by 3rd respondent is removed and there is no hindrance for the petitioner to occupy the property. The statement is placed on record.
