THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 4079 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 182 of 2012 on the file of Mulugu Police Station, Warangal District. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet on 23.01.2014 before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of I Class Court at Mulugu and the same was numbered as C.C.No. 36 of 2014. It is also brought to my notice that the case was listed for trial on 13.05.2015. In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioners under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
