THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C. BHANU WRIT PETITION No.14763 of 2015 ORDER:

The relief sought for in the Writ Petition is as follows: "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in registering F.I.R in Cr.No. 139 of 2014 of Nizamsagar Police Station, Nizamabad District against the petitioner without sanction from Government as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Art 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently quash the F.I.R in Cr.No. 139 of 2014 of Nizamsagar Police Station, Nizamabad District against the petitioner and be pleased to pass such other order or orders in the circumstances of the case."

An effective alternative remedy is available under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the complaint and the consequential proceedings. The case of the petitioner does not fall in any of the three categories, namely, violation of principles of natural justice or violation of fundamental rights or that the authority lacks jurisdiction. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand dismissed.
