Admittedly, the petitioner has no locus standi to maintain the writ petition and he wants to treat the same as Public Interest Litigation.

In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty avail alternative remedy.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However this order will not preclude the petitioner from availing alternative remedies available to him under law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
