HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22898 of 2016 ORDER:
The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 6, in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent No.7 (unofficial respondent), as being illegal and arbitrary.
The petitioners claim to be owners of land in Sy.No.300 of Kanchikacherla Village and Mandal, Krishna District having got registered by virtue of sale deed Nos. 618/2015, 488/2015, 617/2015 and 638/2015. It is the petitioners specific case that respondent Nos.2 to 6, at the instance of respondent No.7, who claims to be the successor of original owner, are interfering with their possession.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent Nos.2 to 6 are interfering with petitioners possession at the behest of respondent No.7 and also got removed construction material from the subject lands. Heard the learned Government Pleader for Home and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
In the circumstances, Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 to 6 not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent No.7 (unofficial respondent) without following due process of law. Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand closed. However, in the circumstances, without costs. C.PRAVEEN KUMAR,J
