THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.6005 of 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed for the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents in granting permission to the petitioner to lift the sand at 58.30 Kms Ramp at Gedallanka (Pasuvullanka) village pursuant to the representation dated 16-03-2009 submitted by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India apart from being principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to lift the sand at 58.30 Kms Ramp at Gedallanka (Pasuvullanka) village." This Court granted interim direction on 20.03.2009. In the meanwhile, the lease period had expired.

In the circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition, and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
