N. Laxman Rao v. The Government Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.3554 OF 2013 ORDER:
No representation for petitioner.
Heard the Assistant Government Pleader for Home. The petitioner prays for Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to cause enquiry with regard to interference of respondent No.2 in calling petitioner to Police Station regularly and pressuring the petitioner to sell the land to 3rd respondent as illegal and unconstitutional.
The Assistant Government Pleader referring to written instructions dated 13.02.2013 submits that the 2nd respondent never interfered in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent with regard to Survey No.622, Janagoav Village as no complaint was received or no criminal case is pending against the petitioner. The petitioner was never even called for investigation. It is further stated that the allegation that 2nd respondent is pressuring to sell the land is incorrect. It is further stated neither the petitioner nor the 3rd respondent approached the Police Station. The statement is placed on record and accepted.
This Court is of the view that the prayer for further direction to 1st respondent to enquire into the alleged interference by 2nd respondent need not be considered.
The writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ___________ S.V.BHATT,J Date:17.04.2017 Stp
