O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The petitioner is the applicant in O.A.No.1404 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. The Tribunal passed interim order dated 20.04.2016 in the said O.A., suspending the proceedings dated 16.09.2015 of the District Collector, Khammam District, rejecting the request of the petitioner to be appointed as a Junior Assistant. The Tribunal further directed the authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the said post and pass appropriate orders within a time frame. Seeking implementation of the aforestated interim order, this writ petition was filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services (Telangana), having secured instructions in the matter, informed this Court that no writ petition was filed by the authorities as against the aforestated order.

That being so, in terms of the undertaking given by the learned Advocate General for the State of Telangana to a Division Bench of this Court, comprising the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice and Hon'ble Sri Justice U.Durga Prasad Rao, which was duly recorded vide order dated 30.09.2016 in W.P.No.31905 of 2016, it is not open to the authorities to fail to implement the interim order. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the authorities concerned to abide by and implement the interim order dated 20.04.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative

Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.1404 of 2016 expeditiously and, in any event, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
