fca_147_2007 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal arises out of order and decree dated 11-07-2007 in F.C.O.P.No. 62 of 2006 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad.

Consequent on the reference of the dispute to mediation centre, proceedings of mediation have taken place between the parties. The Deputy Director, Mediation and Arbitration Centre, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, has sent his report along with the mediator's report, wherein it is stated as under:

"The Appellant and the Respondent unconditionally agreed to live together and to resume matrimonial life.

In view of the settlement the above F.C.A. may be closed." 3.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the appellant is not present. However, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that as both parties are living together, the Family Court Appeal may be disposed of in pursuance of the mediator's report.
