Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order dated 31.10.2016 passed in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch.

In view of the same and for the reasons mentioned in the aforesaid common order, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid common order. Office is directed to append a copy of the common order in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch dated 31.10.2016 to this order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
