Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that O.S.No.95 of 2011 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Suryapet filed by petitioner No.1 stands dismissed and he prays for closure of this writ petition granting liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court as and when cause of action arises.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is closed with liberty as prayed for.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
