HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.4030 OF 2013 ORDER:

The inaction of respondents in registering a crime on the complaint of petitioner dated 06.02.2013 is canvassed in this writ petition.

The Assistant Government Pleader states that subject matter of writ petition relates to a civil dispute and, therefore, crime is not registered. The written instructions dated 11.02.2013 read as follows: "It is respectfully submitted that the dispute of the petitioner is purely civil in nature and hence except advising them to approach the competent civil Court, no action was taken by the police of Banjara Hills Police Station. I humbly submit that the petitioners unnecessarily involve the respondent police into their civil disputes. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The petitioner is given liberty to work out the remedies in accordance with law. There shall no order as to costs.
