This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 15.11.2016 passed in I.A.No.184 of 2016 in O.S.No.95 of 2008 on the file of Senior Civil Judge Court, Markapur.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel appearing for both the parties submitted that the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.95 of 2008 on 29.10.2018 and hence the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous.
