HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3860 of 2014 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/Accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Crime No.90 of 2013 of Proddatur II Town Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 467, 468 read with 34 I.P.C.

2) It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the investigation agency already filed charge sheet, the present proceedings sought for against the F.I.R no way survives and as such the petition becomes infructuous.

3) In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. Needless to say the further remedy, if any, is left open to the petitioner.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
