This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 23.12.2015 in I.A.No.363 of 2015 in O.S.No.22 of 2012 on the file of the Court of VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Godavarikhani. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of similar type of application before appropriate forum.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of similar type of application before appropriate forum.
