2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the Investigating Officer has filed a Final Report on 16.12.2016, requesting the learned XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, to close the crime by referring it as 'Mistake of fact'.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
