Petitioner was employed as a temporary Sweeper in the 3rd respondent-Bank pursuant to a Circular dt.14.11.2014. She had submitted a representation on 13.10.2016 to the 2nd respondent seeking regularization of her services in the said Bank. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent for disposal of the said representation.

The Government Pleader for Services states that the 2nd respondent will consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of four

(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
