This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in M.C.No.28 of 2013 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Markapuram, Prakasam District. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have settled the matter before Lok Adalath. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this matter. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
