THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15193 OF 2013 ORDER:
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.
The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 and 4 in interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent in respect of the Flat No. 401 House No 2-2-24/ A/ 56 Sridevi Residency, Bagh Amberpet, Hyderabad-500 013 is illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India apart from being violative of principals of natural justice." During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader placed on record the written instructions dated 28.05.2013 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Amberpet Police Station, Hyderabad. The same is made part of the record. From the perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that the respondents-police never interfered in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4.
Taking the said submission into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive for adjudication and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
