The petitioners pray for Mandamus declaring the action of 3rd respondent in including the petitioners as accused in Crime No.133 of 2012 on the file of Akividu P.S. as illegal and arbitrary. The Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that charge sheet has been filed.

Since charge sheet is filed, this Court is of the view that the writ prayer is misconceived.

The writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No order as to costs.
