This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.1 under Sections 437 & 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to him in P.R.C.No.38 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Narayanpet, Mahabubnagar District.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The petitioner is alleged to have committed the offence punishable under Section 395 IPC. From the material available on record, it is apparent that the petitioner is the prime accused in the above crime.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to him at this stage. However, the petitioner is at liberty to review his request for bail after committal of the case to the Court of Sessions.
