This Revision is filed under Section 115 of CPC challenging the order dt.19.01.2017 in I.A.No.1192 of 2012 in O.S.No.1994 of 2007 of the I Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad determining under Order XX Rule 12 CPC mesne profits to which the respondents are entitled to against the petitioner. 2.

Such order amounts to a decree and can be challenged by way of regular Appeal under Section 96 of CPC and Revision under Section 115 of CPC is not maintainable. 3.

Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of First Appeal under Section 96 of CPC against the impugned order, this Revision is dismissed. The interim order granted on 19.04.2017 shall stand vacated. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
