This Civil Revision Petitions is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 20.06.2017 passed in I.A.No.790 of 2015 in F.C.O.S.No.2 of 2014 on the file of the Judge, Family Court at Khammam.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of the petition for amendment of issues. Permission is accorded. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. No order as to costs.
