It is stated that the petitioner filed appeal along with stay petition before the 1st respondent-Additional Agent to the Government against the orders dated 29-06-2011 in LTR Case No.197/07/CGH. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare submits that the orders were passed in the year 2011 and the appeal was filed in the year 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order under challenge in the appeal is communicated to the petitioner on 04-08-2016. This aspect is to be examined by the appellate authority, while disposing the appeal. In view of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law. Till disposal of the said appeal, status-quo obtaining as on today over the subject property shall be maintained.
