When this matter was listed on 02.06.2016, none appeared for the petitioner nor any representation is made on his behalf. In view of the same, the matter was directed to be listed for today. Even to day also, when the matter is taken up for consideration, none appeared for the petitioner nor any representation is made on his behalf. In the circumstances, this Court has no option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non prosecution.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
