Sri P. Ganga Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent, submits that with the passage of time, nothing further survives in the writ appeal. That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits. Hence, we are constrained to dismiss the writ appeal for non-prosecution.
