The relief sought for in this writ petition is to declare the action of the respondents in filing charge sheet in C.C.No.262 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kadapa against Crime No.58 of 2014 of P.S. Women U/G arraying the petitioner as A.6 and without conducting proper investigation in a fair and transparent manner right from the stage of registering the crime more particularly without noticing the fact that the petitioner/A.6 is a Non-Resident Indian as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard both sides.

The petitioner has got an efficacious alternative remedy under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to challenge the filing of charge sheet in C.C.No.262 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kadapa, if she is so aggrieved.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy provided for under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.
