HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No. 11511 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against petitioners/Accused Nos.1, 2, 5,6,8,12 & 13 in Crime No. 33 of 2015 of Amadalavalasa Police Station, Srikakulam District.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Police after investigation filed Charge Sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in the Criminal Petition and accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
