Though writ petition is filed in the year 2011, no interim order is granted preventing the 5th respondent in making construction in Sy.No.2398/A of Huzurabad Village and Mandal, Karimnagar District. By this time, the constructions might have been made by the 5th respondent. As such, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
