When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentMunicipality, that already a notice under Section 228 of the A.P.Municipalities Act has been issued and the Municipal authorities will proceed further, strictly in accordance with law. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the 2nd respondent-Commissioner to take appropriate action, or, pass appropriate Orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after issuing notices to all the stakeholders.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
