|> ...RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any appropriate Writ, Order or direction, preferably a Writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the Proceedings bearing Cr.No. 52512015-171A dated 10.03.2017, Cr.No.526/2015-1714 dt. 10.3.2017 and Cr.No.52Bl2015-1714 dl. 10.3.2017 respectively issued to the Petitioners by the Respondents as being illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14 as well as provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968 and the Rules made there under, including being violative of "the National Highways Act, 1956 by setting aside the said impugned proceedings and consequently the petitioners are entitled to run their shops till 30.9.2017 as per the A-4 License respectively.

NO: 13650 OF 2017 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the impugned Proceedings bearing Cr.No. 525/2015-17/A dated 10.03.2017, Cr.No.526/2015-1 7/A dt. 10.3.2017 and Cr.
