Sri V.Mahesh Kumar, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Contempt Case with liberty to file a fresh case with correct details.

Permission is accorded.

The Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
