2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. 3.
Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation, dated 31.10.2016, submitted by the petitioner to conduct survey of the subject premises and fix the boundaries.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue opposes the same contending that the survey cannot be done basing on the representation of the petitioner; that the petitioner has to submit an application through online along with requite fee, in which event a direction may be given to the 2nd respondent to survey land of the petitioner.
5.
Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit an application through online within ten (10) days from today along with requisite fee, in which event the authorities shall consider the same and conduct survey of the subject premises, in accordance with law within a period of six (06) to eight (08) weeks thereafter, after issuing notice to the aggrieved persons and neighbouring land owners.
