B.Mohan, v. Government Of Andhra Pradesh.,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.24574 of 2003 ORDER :
This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not continuing the petitioners in service on the premise of Dissolution of Assembly as illegal, arbitrary and unjust, consequently direct the respondent to evolve a scheme for regularization of petitioners' service with consequential benefits.
2. This Court granted interim direction as prayed for in W.P.M.P.30940 of 2003. After obtaining interim direction, petitioners have not evinced any interest in prosecuting the case. When this matter has come up on 12.11.2015, a request is made to grant one week time and accordingly time is granted. Again when the matter is listed on 19.11.2015, advocate for petitioners sought two weeks time and same is granted. Today advocate for petitioners again sought time in a routine manner. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant further time.
3. In spite of granting time twice on the request of advocate of petitioners, no interest is evinced in prosecuting the case.
4. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
5. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs. __________________ S. RAVI KUMAR, J 3rd December 2015 mar
