THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11531 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, is filed by the petitioners-A2 to A4, seeking to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P. No.1017 of 2015 in Crime No.73 of 2014 by the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhongir, vide order, dated 23.10.2015. Heard and perused the material available on record. While granting bail to the petitioners, the Court below directed the petitioners to attend before the PS., Bhongir Rural, twice in a week, until filing of charge sheet. To relax the said condition, the present revision is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are complying with the above condition from the date of that order and as they are residents of Hyderabad, it has become difficult for them to attend before the Police Station twice in a week.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below against the petitioners to attend before the PS., Bhongir, twice in a week, is relaxed.
