Hyderabad Commissioner(H&S), Health and Sanitation Department, G.H.M.C ..,RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue direction, or a writ particularly one in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the action of the Respondent No.3 imposing fines to the extent of Rs 1,09,842l- on the garbage charges of Rs.4,39,3681 and rejecting the receipt of Trade Licence fee and passing threats to seizing the business of the petitioner, without any basis, which is illegal, arbitrary, capricious and random unjust, resulting in grave miscarriage of justice and whimsical on part of the respondents which is detrimental to the fundamental rights of the petitioner guaranteed under the construction and consequently declare the garbage charges levied against the petitioner as illegal and not binding on the petitioner.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 28.08.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. So as to give one more opportunity to the counsel for the petitioner, the matter \ ras posted to O4.O9.2O'25 under the caption "For Dismissal". In spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not having any interest to prosecute the matter. 2.
