Heard Mr.Challa Dhanamjaya for revision petitioner and Mr.M.Ram Mohan Reddy for respondents.

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 21.01.2013 in I.A.No.1037 of 2011 in O.S.No.138 of 2007 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Karimnagar.

After perusal of the findings recorded by the trial Court, this Court is of the view that no ground is made out warranting interference of this Court under Article 227 of Constitution of India.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
