HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2505 of 2003 ORDER :

This revision is preferred questioning order dated 07.05.2003 in Case No.F2/6667/1999 of Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy District.

2. When this matter has come up for hearing on 18.03.2011 advocate for petitioner represented that sole petitioner died and sought time to bring the legal representatives on record and on his request three weeks time is granted. As per the endorsement of the Office, till now legal representative petition is not filed. Though three weeks time is granted in March, 2011 on the request of advocate for petitioner till this day no steps are taken.

3. Therefore, this revision is dismissed as abated.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
