HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 23124 of 2006 ORDER:
When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner is seeking notional increments for the out of employment period. The Labour Court while setting aside the order of petitioner's removal has not granted specifically the notional increments.
The learned Standing Counsel for the respondentCorporation submits that in view of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in A.P.S.R.T.C.

S.
Narsagoud1, the petitioner is not entitled for notional increments.
In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court referred to supra.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
