THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.99 OF 2017 ORDER:

This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC, seeking to withdraw O.P. No.1837 of 2016 from the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar and transfer the same to the Family Court, Mahaboobabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to file fresh petition if so advised. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
