HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Arbitration Application No.134 of 2016 ORDER:

Sri K.Siddharth Rao, Learned Counsel for the applicant, submits that the presiding arbitrator has since been appointed; and the applicant does not, therefore, wish to pursue this application. Learned Counsel would, however, submit that, in case the arbitration proceedings do not continue, liberty be granted to the applicant to file an application afresh. Granting liberty as sought for, the Arbitration Application is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
