This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the order dated 06.08.2012 in C.M.A.No.54 of 2011 on the file of Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge, SPSR Nellore District. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter is settled out of the Court and no further orders need be passed. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
