Vide the present writ petition, petitioners seek direction thereby directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioners on 05/08/2013 received by the respondents on 12/8/2013.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that after filing the above representation, Special Collector, [LA SRSP - SSP & JCR GLIP], Tarnaka, Hyderabad made correspondence to the Special Deputy Collector, [FAC], Land Acquisition Unit-V, SYP.DRBRAPCSSP, Ramagundam, whereby the Special Deputy Collector was requested to take necessary action in the matter and given reply to the petitioners under intimation to the office. However, till date the petitioners have not received any communication.

3. Keeping in view of the facts of the case, I hereby direct

the respondent No.1 to decide the representation dated 05/8/2013 made by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. No order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
