HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.14322 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A2 to A6 seek to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.301 of 2012 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Armoor, Nizamabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A & 506 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 17.04.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Armoor Police Station, Nizamabad District and submitted that the case has been compromised before Lok Adalat on 3.2.2017 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C No.301 of 2012 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 4.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
