THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 29380 OF 2017 O R D E R:

The petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to Respondents 2 to 6 to cause arrest of Respondents 7 to 12 in connection with Crime No. 333 of 2017 on the file of Banjara Hills Police Station.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), based on the written instructions received from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Banjara Hills Police Station, submits that the investigation into Crime No. 333 of 2017 reveals that there were property disputes between the petitioner and Respondents 7 to 12 and since prima facie, the case has not been established, a notice under Section 91/160 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been issued to the petitioner for producing relevant witnesses and evidence in support of her case, but the same was not done so far. He further submits that after collection of some more evidence, investigation would be finalized and necessary steps would be taken. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed, however, making it clear that the respondent police officials shall complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within the time stipulated in the Police Orders. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
