The revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., assailing the order, dated 05-05-2017 in Crl.M.P.No.156 of 2017 in un-registered Criminal Appeal on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Karimnagar. 2.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Crl.R.C.M.P.No.3294 of 2017 is filed for permission to withdraw the revision. While reiterating the pleadings in the affidavit filed in support of the said M.P., learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the revision case. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, Crl.R.C.M.P.No.3294 of 2017 is ordered. Consequently, Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn 4.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
