04.09.2025 AKS, J & LNA,J I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed by the petitioner, seeking clarification of the order, dated 21.02.2025 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant had contended that the respondents be directed to implement the orders.

However, this Court is of the view that when once the punishment is modified to that of 'compulsory retirement', no further clarification is required.

If the orders has not been implemented, it is always open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps for implementation of the orders.

In view of the same, the clarification petition is closed.

Learned counsel for the appellants contended that the respondents should be directed to implement the said order. However, this Court is of the view that once the punishment was modified to that of 'compulsory retirement,' no further clarification is required. If the order has not been implemented, it is open to the appellants to take appropriate steps to ensure its implementation.

In light of the above, the clarification petition stands closed.
