THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8732 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.81 of 2015 of Aswapuram Police Station, Khammam District against the petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 to 7 in the said crime.

It is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is also filed and he furnished a copy of the charge sheet dated 25.06.2015 filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Manuguru.

In view of completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet, the present criminal petition becomes infructuous.

Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, this order does not preclude the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet at appropriate stage. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
